ALL MISTER SINGAPORE CONTESTANTS

• Must be a naturally-born male, a citizen of Singapore, and satisfy at least one of the following residency requirements:
  
  
  1. Must now reside in Singapore as their permanent and primary residence for a period of at least 6 consecutive months immediately prior to the commencement of the MISTER SINGAPORE pageant (although they may have attended school, college or university elsewhere); or
     
     
  2. Must have resided in Singapore as a full-time student at a school, college or university for one entire semester immediately prior to the commencement of the MISTER SINGAPORE pageant, and they are continuing to reside in Singapore as a full-time student (although they may have spent or be spending the summer in another country).
  
  
• Must be at least 18 years of age and under 30 years of age as of January 1 in the year they participate in the MISTER SINGAPORE pageant.
  
  
• Must not be married, never have been married, never have had a marriage annulled and never have fathered a child or be a parent.
  
  
• Must never have been a contestant in a MISTER SINGAPORE pageant.
  
  
• Must agree that if selected to participate in the MISTER SINGAPORE pageant, they will participate in that pageant, and will abide by all the rules and regulations governing that pageant. If they win the MISTER SINGAPORE pageant, they must agree to participate in the MISTER INTERNATIONAL pageant, and to abide by all the rules and regulations governing that pageant.
  
  
• Must agree that if they win or succeed to the MISTER SINGAPORE title, they will not participate in any other pageant during the time they hold the title.
  
  
• MUST BE WILLING TO RELEASE, UNCONDITIONALLY AND FOREVER, ANY CLAIM AGAINST THE MISTER SINGAPORE ORGANIZATION, ITS AFFILIATED OR RELATED COMPANIES AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, PARTNERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS AND ASSIGNS, WHICH THEY MAY HAVE BY VIRTUE OF THEIR PARTICIPATION IN THE MISTER SINGAPORE PAGEANT, OR BY ANY USE OF THEIR NAME, LIKENESS, VOICE, AND/OR BIOGRAPHY IN CONNECTION WITH THAT PAGEANT, INCLUDING USE IN PROMOTIONAL AND ADVERTISING MATERIAL.
  
  
• Must agree that all issues as to eligibility shall be determined by the Mister Singapore Organization, and they must agree to abide by that determination both as to themselves and other contestants.
